How to setup your phone 2FA in app
- If you see the Turn on 2FA banner in your Ready account, tap it, then tap Turn on 2FA. If you don't see the banner, please go to your Settings > Account & Security > Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) > Enable.
- Enter your phone number and verify the code received by text message.
Why do I need phone 2FA?
Adding a phone number as a second factor improves protection against unauthorized access. To gain access to your funds, an attacker would have to compromise both your email and your phone number, and also access your message inbox.
What else is 2FA used for?
2FA is only used when a new device is trying to access your Ready account.
