Upgrading your wallet allows you to take advantage of the latest functionality while keeping your account secure and up to date.
Why doesn't my wallet upgrade automatically?
The Ready app on your phone is separate from your wallet on the blockchain.
Updating the app through the App Store or Google Play only updates the app itself. Your wallet can only be upgraded by you, because only you have the authority to authorize changes to your wallet.
What happens if I don't upgrade?
To continue using your Ready wallet and access the latest features and improvements, you'll need to install available wallet upgrades.
Can I review the wallet smart contracts?
Yes. Ready's smart contracts are open source and publicly available on our GitHub repository.
