How can I change my email or phone number in Ready?

Changing your email address

You can update your email address directly from the Ready app.

To change your email address:

1. Make sure you're using the latest version of the Ready app.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Account & security.
4. Update your email address and follow the on-screen instructions to verify it.

Changing your phone number

Ready no longer uses phone numbers for account verification.

Phone number verification has been replaced with passkeys, providing a more secure and convenient way to protect your account. As a result, there is no option to update or replace a phone number in the app.

I can't access my account

If you can't access your Ready account and are unable to update your information yourself, please contact help@ready.co. Our support team will help you regain access after verifying your account.
