If you've lost access to your device or are setting up Ready on a new phone, you can recover your wallet directly from the Ready app.
Before you begin
Before starting the recovery process, make sure that:
- You have access to the email address associated with your Ready account.
- You know which sign-in method you originally used (Apple, Google, or Email).
- You have access to any two-factor authentication (2FA) methods enabled on your account.
Wallet recovery includes a mandatory 48-hour security period. This waiting period is part of your wallet's smart contract and cannot be waived or shortened. It is an important security feature designed to protect your account from unauthorized recovery attempts.
Recovering your wallet
- Install the latest version of the Ready app on your new device.
- Tap Get Started.
- Sign in using the same method you used when creating your Ready account:
- Continue with Apple
- Continue with Google
- Continue with Email
- If you choose Continue with Email, verify your email address when prompted.
- If a Ready account is associated with your email address, you'll be prompted to authorize your new device.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to start the recovery process.
- Depending on your account security settings, you may be asked to verify your email again or complete additional two-factor authentication (2FA) checks.
Once you've completed the verification steps, your recovery request will begin.
How long does recovery take?
Wallet recovery takes 48 hours.
This waiting period is enforced by your wallet's smart contract and cannot be bypassed by Ready or Support.
I didn't receive the verification email
If you haven't received the verification email:
- Check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Make sure you're using the same email address associated with your Ready account.
- Wait a few minutes and try again.

I no longer have access to my email address
If you've lost access to the email address associated with your Ready account, please contact help@ready.co. Our Support team will help you verify ownership of your account and explain the available recovery options.
Does this affect Ready X or Argent Ethereum Vault?
