You can move money from your Ready account in several ways, depending on your location and how you'd like to receive it.
Option 1: Spend with the upcoming Ready Card
If you have a Ready Card, you can use it to spend your available USD balance without transferring the money to a bank account first.
The Ready Card is a virtual Visa Platinum credit card that can be used wherever Visa is accepted.
Please note: Ready Cards are currently available in a very limited number of locations. We're actively working on expanding coverage.
This option allows you to spend your funds, rather than withdraw them to another credit or debit card.
See Ready Card for more information.
Option 2: Withdraw to your bank account
If Cash Transfers are available in your country, you can withdraw money from your Ready account directly to your bank account.
To use this feature, you'll need to complete identity verification (KYC).
Cash Transfers are currently available only in supported regions and may have additional requirements depending on your location.
For more information, see our Cash Transfers guide.
Option 3: Transfer your crypto to another platform
You can also send your funds to another crypto wallet or exchange.
If the receiving platform supports USDC on Base, you can send money directly from your Ready account using the Send button.
If you need to transfer money to a different network, you can use Layerswap.
How to transfer using Layerswap:
- Open Layerswap.
- Select USDC on Base as the currency and network you're sending from.
- Choose the destination network, currency, and receiving address.
- Select Connect wallet → Continue without a wallet to make a manual transfer.
- Enter the amount you'd like to transfer.
- Select Next → Copy deposit address.
- Open the Ready app and tap Send → Crypto transfer.
- Paste the deposit address provided by Layerswap and follow the instructions to complete your transfer.
Important: Always make sure the receiving wallet or exchange supports the selected currency and network before sending any money.
Some exchanges, such as Binance or Coinbase, may also ask you to verify ownership of the sending address. If this applies to you, consider transferring the funds to a personal wallet you control before sending them to the exchange.
Once your funds arrive at a supported exchange, you may be able to convert them into your local currency and withdraw them using the exchange's available payment methods.
