Why does my transaction show an estimated completion time?
When you make a transaction in Ready, you may see an estimated completion time. This estimate is based on the current conditions of the blockchain network processing your transaction.
Actual completion times may vary depending on network activity.
Why can some transactions take longer?
Most transactions are completed quickly, especially when they stay on the same blockchain network.
However, transactions that move assets between different networks (bridging) can take significantly longer. These delays are part of how blockchains securely transfer assets between networks.
For example:
- Transactions within Starknet are usually completed almost instantly.
- Bridging assets from Starknet to Ethereum can take up to 10 hours.
These delays are determined by the blockchain networks themselves and are outside of Ready's control.
Can I speed up my transaction?
No.
Once a transaction has been submitted, its processing time depends on the blockchain network. Ready can't speed up or bypass the network's confirmation process.
