All ZKsync Lite wallet users must move their funds off the network as soon as possible.
What do I need to do?
Check if you need to move the assets
If you hold ETH, stablecoins, or investments that still have liquidity, you must move them out of ZKsync Lite.
Assets that are not worth moving include long-deprecated investments or tokens with no remaining value or withdrawal options (e.g., GVT).
If you don't have access to zkSync Lite
If you cannot access your ZKsync Lite account, please contact us at help@ready.co using your registered email address. We will check your balance to help you decide if the assets are worth recovering.
If you choose to recover your account:
- Download the Argent Ethereum Vault app:
- Recover your account within the Argent Ethereum Vault app
- Claim your ZKsync Lite address: If prompted after recovery, you will need to claim your address. This is an onchain transaction performed within your Vault.
What tokens can I transfer and where?
Transfer tokens that cannot be used to pay network fees first.
You can use ETH, USDT, USDC, and DAI to pay for network fees, so you should transfer these assets last.
Because there is almost no liquidity remaining on ZKsync Lite, you cannot swap other tokens for ETH. If these tokens hold value, you must send them to another wallet on Ethereum L1, such as Metamask.
How do I send to main Ready app on Starknet?
You can move ETH, USDT, USDC tokens to Starknet using our in-app bridge.
-
Open your Ready app
-
Tap Fund on the asset screen > From another chain
-
Select zkSync Lite (you can search for it)
-
Select your token from the list of supported tokens
Copy the address shown. (Note: This is a unique intermediary address that works ONLY for the selected token and network.)
-
Press Done. (You can find the address again in Activity).
- Open the Vault app and switch to your ZKsync Lite account.
- Tap the token you want to send, then tap Send.
- Paste the address you copied from the Ready app and select it.
- Select ZKsync Lite (do not select Ethereum) and select your token (eg. ETH).
- Select Max.
- Review the preview screen: Ensure the transaction is moving from ZKsync Lite → Ethereum.
13. Select Send now. Wait for your deposit to arrive on Ready. It may take some time.
How do I send to another Ethereum wallet?
We recommend sending your assets to another Ethereum account (such as MetaMask or a hardware wallet) to avoid the higher network fees associated with the Argent Ethereum Vault. Only send assets to your Argent Ethereum Vault as a last resort.
-
Tap zkSync Lite in your Vault app
-
Swipe up to view your tokens.
-
Tap on the token you want to send and tap Send.
-
Scan QR code or paste the address of your other Ethereum account (RECOMMENDED)
-
Select Ethereum as the receiving network (do not select zkSync Lite!)
-
Select Max and confirm the transaction. Make sure you are sending on Ethereum on the preview screen:
IMPORTANT: Transactions from zkSync Lite to Ethereum might take up to 7 hours.
Alternative transfer option
If you prefer to transfer funds to a different wallet or blockchain, we recommend using layerswap.io.
