If you received an email about wallet recovery but did not request it, this likely means someone is actively trying to recover a wallet using your email address.
- If you are sure your email account is secure, you can ignore and delete the email.
- For extra protection, you can change the 2FA email address to a newly created one (contact us at help@ready.co).
Tips to prevent this in the future
Add more security to your wallet:
- Add your phone number: Go to Settings > Account details. This will link your number to your default Argent guardian and enable 2-step recovery.
- Use email inbox that is not easily accessed from within your mobile apps.
Secure your email account:
- Use a random password stored in a password manager.
- Enable two-factor authentication (such as Google Authenticator).
