Your account is read-only because you proceeded without recovery after reinstalling the app or changing your device.
If you still have access to your old phone, you can recover your account off-chain by following these steps:
Update the app on your old device to the latest version.
Complete the security upgrade.
On the new device:
If you are on iOS, enter the passcode incorrectly three times and follow the Forgot your passcode flow.
If you are on Android, reinstall the app.
Continue the recovery on the new device. The process will take 48 hours.
If you no longer have access to your old phone, you will need to recover your wallet on-chain.
To start this process, long-press for 10 seconds on the read-only banner in your Starknet account. A message will appear showing the signer public key. Copy this key and send it to help@ready.co so we can start the recovery process.
This is the public signer key of your wallet, not the private key. You will not be sharing any confidential information.
Please also make sure there is at least 1 STRK in the account. If you have STRK on another chain, you can use a bridge such as https://layerswap.io/ to send it to Starknet.
Once the process starts, recovery will take 7 days. It will not be visible in the app, but you will receive email updates during the process.
