The cashback program is designed to reward real card use for genuine purchases. Our goal is to apply cashback to as many transactions as possible while keeping the program fair and compliant.
General cashback rules
- Cashback is only available for real purchases made with your card
- Fraudulent transactions are not eligible for cashback
- Transactions made only to generate cashback, and not for real purchases, are not eligible
- Cashback can be adjusted or removed retroactively if such activity is found
- Ready may change cashback rules at its discretion, including excluding certain spending categories, transaction types, or countries, for example due to user behaviour or legal requirements
Country exclusions
Cashback is not available for transactions made in certain countries. We are not able to share our internal risk assessments, controls or decision-making frameworks.
- Transactions in the following countries are currently excluded from cashback:
- Mainland China
- Russia
- Iran
- Please note that support is unable to provide further details on why specific countries are excluded
Excluded transactions from January 31st, 2026
- Cashback on transactions where the merchant country is one of the above will be excluded starting January 31st, 2026
This means:
- Users travelling to these countries will not earn cashback on card transactions made there
- Users based in these countries will still earn cashback when using their card abroad
