This email means an onchain recovery is started for your Ready account.
If you have contacted us to recover your wallet because it was in a read-only state, it means we have started your recovery onchain and it will complete in ~7 days from now.
If you haven't requested an onchain recovery, you can stop the recovery by following these steps:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Agy21wlwn64YWHyLyZpLlDlkWWl_VV61/view?usp=sharing
- Copy your Starknet address by going to Add funds > Crypto transfer > Another Ready account > tap on the address > Copy.
- Go to browser tab at the bottom and search for Voyager.
- In Voyager explorer search for your copied address.
- In the found contract page switch to the old version of the page on top and scroll down till you see your transactions list. Go to Write contract tab in the table.
- Connect your Ready account to the page, scroll down to cancel_escape and tap it, then tap Write button.
- Confirm the transaction with your Ready wallet.
- If you have a Ready card, you will need to unfreeze the card.
- Go to Settings > App settings > Refresh data.
- Go to Invest tab and do any small transaction with your wallet - for example send 1 STRK to yourself - this is needed to verify your wallet signer for the card to recognize it.
- Go to Settings > App settings > and Refresh data once more.
- You will see Contact support button on the card image, press and hold it for 10 seconds to unfreeze it.
If the onchain recovery was not initiated by you and you suspect your email might be compromised, please email us to help@ready.co for further steps to ensure your wallet is secure.
