Onchain recovery is not yet fully supported in the app, but we can trigger it for you.
How to start the recovery
- Go to the Accounts screen by tapping Starknet at the top of your Ready app screen.
- Long-press the read-only Starknet account for 10 seconds
- A message will appear showing the signer public key
- Copy the key and email it to help@ready.co
This key is public and safe to share - it is not your private key.
Before you start
- Make sure the account has at least 1 STRK on Starknet
You can use a bridge like Layerswap if needed.
What happens next
- Recovery takes 7 days once started
- You will receive updates via email
- Progress will not be visible in the app
