Blockchain data
Blockchain data is public by design.
Transactions, wallet addresses, balances, and other onchain activity are recorded on the blockchain and can be viewed by anyone using a blockchain explorer. Ready has access to the same publicly available blockchain information as every other participant on the network.
Personal data
We store your email address and phone number so we can provide and secure your Ready account.
If you would like to delete your account and personal data, you can do so from the Ready app or by contacting help@ready.co.
KYC data
Ready does not process or store your identity verification (KYC) data.
Your verification data is processed and stored by our regulated KYC provider. They are required to retain this information for a period of time to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, so they cannot delete it upon request.
The only exception is if you voluntarily send KYC documents to Ready Support. In that case, we will temporarily store the information you provide in order to assist with your request.
App usage data
We use Amplitude to collect anonymous app usage statistics, such as downloads and feature usage, to help us improve the Ready experience.
The analytics data collected by Amplitude is anonymized and cannot be linked to your personal information.
Support information
If you contact Ready Support, we'll temporarily store the information you provide so we can investigate and resolve your request.
