We are moving Ready Cards to a new card partner to provide a better and more reliable service in the future.
Because of this change, your current physical or virtual Ready Card will stop working soon.
Your money is completely safe. Your Ready app, wallet, and account will continue to work normally. Only your card is affected.
When will my card stop working?
We do not have an exact date yet. It could happen within days or a few weeks. We will email you as soon as the date is confirmed.
Once your card stops working, you cannot use it for:
Online or in-store shopping
ATM cash withdrawals
Automated subscription payments (like Netflix or Spotify)
Please Note: If you use your Ready Card for recurring payments, please change them to a different card as soon as possible.
Why is this happening?
We need to upgrade our card system to make it more reliable. We’re accelerating that work because our current card provider can no longer deliver the reliability Ready Cards require.
We apologize for the inconvenience. We are already working with new global partners to bring back Ready Cards with better features, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Why don't you know the date?
The date depends on the transition process with our current card provider, so it hasn’t been confirmed yet. We chose to notify cardholders early to give everyone time to prepare. We’ll email you as soon as the date is finalized. Your wallet and funds remain unaffected.
How can I move my funds?
Your funds are safe in your Ready wallet. If you want to withdraw or move your money, you can do so in the Ready app:
Bank Withdrawal: Use the Cash Transfer option (where available) to send money to your bank account.

Transfer using Layerswap inside the app browser to send funds to another blockchain:
Open the Browser tab in the Ready app (the 4th tab at the bottom of the app interface) and go to layerswap.io/app.
Choose Starknet as the sending network and connect your Ready wallet.
Choose your destination network, token, and destination address.
Select Next > Swap now > Confirm.
Will I get a refund for my card fees?
Yes. If you are eligible, we will automatically refund you. You do not need to contact support.
Refunds will be sent to your Ready account within 10 business days (excluding weekends) after your card stops working.
Metal Subscribers: You will get a refund for the unused months of your annual subscription.
Lite Users: If you paid shipping or card fees in the last 12 months, we will refund those fees.
What happens to my points?
Your points are safe. You can still use them to get refunds on past card purchases, or save them for new options in the future.
Will Ready Cards return?
Yes. We will share more information about the new card program over the coming weeks.
Will I need a new card?
Yes. To get the new card when it is ready, you will need to create a new Ready account and move your funds. We will provide clear, simple instructions when the new platform is live. It is not live yet, we are working on it with priority.
