Since April 2026, you can proceed to deleting your account autonomously inside the application.
Before proceeding, be very careful of the following implications:
- If you are currently applying for a Ready card or a deposit account and want to restart your application, deleting your account will not reset your application KYC status. Indeed, if you delete your account and create a new one, the new wallet will create a duplicate KYC and it will be automatically declined.
- If you hold any assets and tokens in Ready (previously the Argent mobile wallet), move them out before deleting your account so you do not lose access. Deleting your account will make you lose any funds that are there.
- If you use the same email for your Ready X wallet (previously Argent X) and your Ready account, change the email on your Ready X wallet to a different one. If you do not, you will not be able to make transactions from the Ready X wallet
Once you have ensured that the above points do not apply to you, you can proceed to deleting your Ready account in the following manner:
Go to Settings > Account & Security > Delete my account
